Dust problem and "mold problem" at the same time

These are set centrally. On other days, then sometimes only in individual rooms with the door closed. Set to automatic so that the devices start running at humidity levels above 65%.

Do you even have humidity over 65% in the room (except the bathroom)? That probably only happens with two weeks of continuous rain outside, right?

We have only been in the new building for a short time, but we have purchased two things:

a) a dehumidifier for each floor at 180 euros each (for a maximum of 72m2):

These are placed centrally. On other days, they are sometimes placed only in individual rooms with closed doors. Set to automatic, so that the devices start running when the humidity exceeds 65%.

b) A powerful air purifier for 230 euros that allegedly can filter pollen, mold spores, and fine dust from the air. The sensor is quite good: Whenever I have to shred something and the air purifier is next to me, it immediately detects the pollution and increases its power. We keep moving the air purifier around. We might buy a second device.

P.S.: If anyone finds this setup somehow problematic, feedback/criticism is welcome

We only had that once in the basement in summer in the new building and that’s why we placed these two devices there occasionally...

But wiping everything once a week in the beginning and letting the robot run eventually made it unnecessary

Basically, it is like this: After starting the dehumidifiers, it usually only takes a few hours for the humidity to drop from 65% to just under 50%. Without airing out and without dehumidifiers, there would already be higher values. Since it is a new building, I hope this is acceptable.
