"Dübel" for old effective IKEA cabinet system

Hello everyone,

I need either the part number for the pictured "dowels" (Ikea in Kiel has promised me that they would procure the dowels under this condition) or 24 pieces of them – unfortunately, my 3 cabinets from the old Effektiv system did not survive the move completely unscathed (the dowels can be tightened firmly ONCE, but unfortunately they break the second time).



The dowels are 38 mm long and have a diameter of 6 mm on the "insertion side" (on the left in the picture) and consist of zinc alloy (?) with a plastic coating.

So can someone help me either with the part number (my preferred solution because I want to hold IKEA to their word) or with the dowels?

Without an assembly manual, it will be difficult to find out the part number. Check whether the [Schnellmontagedübel Rapid] from [Hettich] or the [Minifix Spreizbolzen] from [Häfele] can be used somehow.
