Drywall on OSB boards, cracks?

Currently, the attic consists of OSB boards. The walls and ceilings are covered with drywall. Both an architect and the drywall installer said that this is a very good combination. Because of a small detail, I started researching and found all kinds of contradictory information "out there." Among other things, the expansion of OSB and drywall is said to be so different that it often leads to cracks. I don't want to believe that.

My question: Is there anyone here who has cracks in the drywall that can be traced back to the OSB substructure?

Why one does not comply with summer thermal protection in the roof, I will never understand, but as explained, the OSB board will absorb the water vapor. Depending on how much accumulates, the wood will begin to swell, which can lead to cracks in the GK.

.... what do you mean by the "unmet, summery thermal insulation"? The roof is thickly insulated and has extensive awnings over the large south-facing windows.

yes, that this CAN happen is exactly the concern from the internet.

My question regarding this is:
Is there anyone who knows this problem from personal experience?

Basically, joints in drywall can always be problematic - regardless of the substrate. Here and there we have hairline cracks (also in drywall on studwork). It's not just the moisture that plays a role, but also possible movements of the building structure. I mean, in case of doubt, you can minimize this with appropriate joint tapes on the drywall. But I cannot confirm any particular tendency of the OSB boards to deform, stretch, swell, etc. with us.

Thank you

The drywall installer, whom I happened to run into while shopping (small town after all), assured me once again that he has it "under control." Expansion joints with acrylic and joint tape in the right places ... and "it will be fine."

I'm not going to change the procedural plans anyway ... I was just unsettled.
