If that annoys you, you have the wrong surface for your requirements. Redo it. By the way, I find it quite nice this way. The "clinically clean" paved areas rather repel me.

BTW – aren’t such wide joints problematic because of tilting/sliding paving stones? We are still thinking about how to design our driveway and I have to say, I really like these overgrown joints. Maybe with thyme? It might be able to withstand it and smells good (we don’t move our car constantly). Is there anything to consider compared to normal paving?

Smells good. Add some mint to that.

Here in the approval report of the Federal Office of Consumer Protection and Food Safety for exactly this product. You have to scroll a bit, appendix p.2 "relevant contaminants"

Through the CAS number of hydrazine, you can access the harmonized REACH classification via the European Chemicals Agency ECHA

This is a very long list of H-phrases.
The most concerning are H350 (carcinogenic) and the two H4xx (aquatic toxic).

Take off the foil Sorry, about the template

On the topic, another way to kill plants or weeds is hot water.

And so nice and soft on the foot.
I don't even know why people don't want moss in the lawn, it's great. Easy on the discs
