I just realized we don’t really have a proper site plan :-/ good that you think of everything... But if the house didn’t have this shape, even more garden space would be used up. So price-wise, I find the patio okay. Honestly, we have no idea what it costs. It was planned by them from the start and we actually liked it.

Normally, the development plan specifies something. In this case, one is not bound to a standardized construction method, but only to the building permit - there you can still choose size and shape [emoji6]

You are really, really welcome to zoom in with the lens and directly above it. I bet you can’t see anything on a normal PC screen at stamp size [emoji853]

:-D I give up :-P so on my PC they get "big" when I click on them... my husband is supposed to scan them later in the correct size. I am currently on the go

To be honest, I would gather a bit more experience before the next step, and then take that step more consistently (with a developer-free plot and entirely individual planning). The gable view "Northeast" in #13 looks to me a bit like a three-family house.
