Drain pipes in house construction

I have another question, namely, do all your drains go out below the floor slab? In my renovation / extension, it is now planned to have my drain go out above the floor slab since we have a hillside house and would have to go quite deep. We would of course comply with the frost protection depth of about 1.20 meters. But are there such "penetrations" through the wall without moisture getting in? Because I am going out above the floor slab. I hope I am expressing myself clearly.
