Yes, that may be true. However, the surcharge for triple glazing is usually not exorbitant, and when it comes to value retention - who still uses double glazing today? For that reason alone, I wouldn’t do it. As I said, we also have double glazing, good Velux windows, definitely they were not cheap, but you can definitely notice the difference to the triple-glazed ones from the same year.

There are so many cases where there are reasons for double glazing that it is worth not removing it from the program. Not absolutely many, but enough to avoid delisting. You only notice the difference when you compare the same things, that is, the triple glazing really has one more pane (and spacer) of the same type. Otherwise, there can certainly be qualities where double glazing keeps up with triple glazing.
