Bathroom moved from top to left, then the children's room can be right above the kitchen. Since the technology is at the bottom left, the lines can also be routed up well there (does not interfere at the bottom). Although the bathroom at the top is no longer so central, you have to accept some compromises. And the children's room gets the full dormer, which also replaces the gable wall there.



Ah, okay, I haven’t followed that closely. Yes, better to optimize everything overall, not to exclude any parts.

Yes, the bathroom is then no longer central. That would be disturbing. Or make the dormer smaller again and have a roof window?

You do not answer any follow-up questions. Are such large dormers allowed? Otherwise, what do you have an architect for? They should be able to take such design issues into account.

Yes, dormers are allowed like that. But not more than that, because then it counts as two stories...
