Doorbell, intercom, and door opener

I will have two pedestrian gates at my single-family house (one in the east - about 8 m from the technical room, and one in the west - about 45 m from the technical room). There, I wanted to have at least an outdoor door station on the west side (at the one 45 m away) (at least intercom, if not even a camera) and an electric opener. The same might be added later for the gate in the east. Additionally, I would need at least one more doorbell next to the front door. The front door will also have an electric opener.

Now I am looking for a system that is not too expensive and the wiring for it (my civil engineering work will start soon and I have the chance to lay cables). Do you have any tips for me?

At first, I thought of something like a eufy video doorbell. Then the phone would ring, but how do I comfortably link that with the door opener, which should not be too far away either....

There are some manufacturers of complete systems/intercoms and these have been mentioned and discussed several times in the forum. For cables, I would always install CAT and BUS (telephone) cables everywhere. Intercom systems quite often have their own proprietary communication paths over 2 or 4 wires... possibly also consider 230V for gates or similar.

Recommended manufacturers are Doorbird, 2N, Goliath, Siedle, Gira, Ritto, etc. If it should be a bit cheaper, Akuvox.
