I am now looking for interior doors that fit lockable door knobs. You can see an example on Amazon if you search for "sourcingmap® Griff Keyed lockable Home Office round SPIND locked door knob Lock Set." There are also ones without a lock inside. They only need one hole in the door. Is it possible to buy such a door (not from a carpenter)? So far, I have only seen doors with two holes in Germany. Thank you very much!

Any door manufacturer should be able to supply that to you. Just ask. Why not a carpentry shop? They can definitely do that.

Aren't carpenters expensive? At Bauhaus we were quite disappointed with the prices for special productions - a normal door costs e.g. 150, but for a sliding door production of the same model the price rises to 500-600 :-/ In England, however, a carpenter is usually the most expensive.

Are you now looking for a sliding door or a regular room door? The quality determines the price. It is definitely worthwhile to get quotes.
