Hello,
the left side of the property currently has no fence. We would like to have a fence installed, but for that we need the exact boundary line. Currently, the border makes curve after curve and is planted with small trees. So it definitely does not seem to be correct and exact.
If I order a land registry extract now, can I then assume that it contains exact information about the boundaries or the location of boundary stones? I don’t want to spend money on it and then be just as clueless as before. That would be a shame for the money.
A woman from the land registry office said that the property should have been measured and that there are probably boundary stones. Neither sounds very certain.
