hello :)
we have very tall windows in the living room that partially face south.. it's barely bearable in the heat. we have always drawn our (of course Ikea) curtains closed... but that is not really helpful. unfortunately, I no longer know which model is currently hanging in front of our windows. in the children's room we have this light grey blackout curtain from Ikea.. I can't remember the name right now either... light grey.. slightly brushed.. light fabric.. really blocks out light well.. it is also cooler there - but I can't say if it's because of the curtain.
can someone recommend a curtain for our living room that blocks heat? if possible, a little light should come through (I don't want to sit in total darkness either  ).
thanks for ideas and suggestions (and if possible by Friday, because a friend is going to Ikea then and could bring some with her ;)
best regards ronja
