Does building a house make sense for me?

Hello dear people, I am considering whether building a house would be an option in my current situation. I would therefore like to ask for your professional opinion on this...

A brief overview of my situation: I am 29, single, without children, a graduate engineer in mechanical engineering with 4 years of professional experience (automotive industry). I currently live in Leipzig and pay only 350 € warm for my 65m² apartment. This is only possible because the apartment belongs to my aunt (a huge rental property). For my car, I pay 150 € (insurance + fuel), food + entertainment + electricity + shopping about 400-450 €... Due to my time at university, I have a relatively modest lifestyle and, as you can see, no major expenses. I have saved about 70,000 € in equity, my parents would of course support me somewhat in my project. Let's say 90K equity is planned and realistic...

I grew up in the countryside and would like to live in a green area on the one hand; a small house on the outskirts of the city would appeal to me very much. On the other hand, building a house always involves a lot of risk that has to be calculated from the beginning, especially since I currently live very cheaply, without any additional ancillary costs...

What would you do in my place?

I forgot something, NettoEK amounts to €2,700, which is quite decent for [Ostverhältnis]...

My honest opinion: Wou as a single tie yourself to a house? You will probably be able to afford it, but why?

Even a single person has demands and a right to living comfort :)

But if I were you, I would wait a little longer... maybe a lady will come along who wants to build a nest with you :)

I would also wait. Why build a house now? Later you want to work somewhere else and then you have the house. Or you meet someone who lives somewhere completely different. The house would be very inconvenient then. In your place, I would also rather stay flexible.
