Does anyone have experience with selling scrap?

Hello! Since we are currently in the middle of moving, it is foreseeable that a lot of stuff will accumulate with us, which we of course do not want to take with us into the new house. Instead, we want to try to make some money from it. For example, we have insulated cables and different types of metal. A friend recommended the [Schrottankauf an der Mühle in Altlandsberg] to me. I saw on the website that they also have a pickup service. What do you think about it and has any of you ever made money there?

Put the stuff in the car / trailer.
For copper scrap, there is already money 3 - 4 €/kg
as cable with insulation probably less.
