€10,000 because of a boundary stone that nobody needs anymore once the borders have been established. Anyone skilled can determine the exact border without a boundary stone for the unlikely event. Not bad how you can burn money :) For €10,000 you could also have the fence completely rebuilt from stainless steel :)

Yep, the original amount in dispute was €3700. The rest is lawyer and court costs... (die Gegenpartei ist in Berufung gegangen...)
