... this also shows how useful seemingly "unmotivated" corners of a room can be. They simply ensure that the room WITH furniture has calm wall rows, etc.

Where is the TV actually supposed to be, to the right of the fireplace? Somehow the TV corner seems too small to me. How is the sofa supposed to be placed there? There seems to be a lot of unused space near the entrance to the living room. But to me, there are also too many corners in the individual rooms; it somehow doesn't look perfectly planned.

A small note regarding statics: Nowadays, a lot is really possible. We also have an almost 70sqm room (living + kitchen + dining, square) that was passed, although it was initially considered "not feasible." The solution: 35cm steel/concrete ceiling with two hidden "columns" in the outer wall.
