Digital room thermostat for underfloor heating, which one?

We got the ones with "wheel" from the main contractor. Since moving in, however, they have been without power and always open. The rest is controlled by the heat pump based on the outside temperature, and when the sun is shining, the photovoltaics contribute a bit. We always have a constant temperature in all rooms in the house.

You also have to consider the power consumption of the actuators: for me, 1W times 25 units is about 0.6kWh per day. About 219kWh per year. That's 10% of my heating electricity consumption. Totally crazy, but I don't know if they would really draw power continuously.

This seems to be one of those quotes that everyone has been copying for years, but no one actually implements themselves.
