Not at all yet, that's the point. According to the contract for work, the property must be cleared. Later we stand with the general contractor on the construction site for inspection, and then we have 6 weeks to create building clearance. I just have concerns that, as HilfeHilfe says, one might come under pressure afterwards. However, the question is also to what extent I can get anywhere at all with such a 1.5-ton excavator.

Ultimately, I read out that it will not be a matter of 50 or 300 EUR into the pocket of the wheel loader driver.

We had the trees cut down so that only a small stump remained. The leftovers were then pulled out by the excavator, which was included in the price. A huge excavator came to our place; I can't imagine that was a big problem for it.

I guess it depends entirely on the wheel loader operator... it can work, but you still have to break down those things and dispose of them. (Or break them down, dry them, and burn them (or burn them whole... saved 3 years of Easter bonfires)).
