Hello everyone,

we are currently waiting for the purchase contract for our plot of land (Neubaugebiet) and have come across the following:

The plot is about 100sqm smaller than stated in the listing when manually measured on the development plan.

Could this be due to the slight slope of the plot?

Best regards

No. The plot division in the development plan is not binding. For that, there is a subdivision plan or the official surveys.
