Hello dear members,
Our development plan states "Flat pitched roofs under 5° are allowed if they are professionally and permanently greened in an extensive form." but "The obligation to green flat pitched roofs under 5° does not apply to secondary roofs or to ancillary facilities according to § 14 of the Building Use Ordinance and subordinate roofs." Of course, I have already googled the Building Use Ordinance and understood that garages do not belong to ancillary facilities and that I probably have to green them if they have a flat roof... but I am not 100% sure, hence the question to you.
Are there ways to avoid converting the garage into a garden? Honestly, I don't find this green roof very attractive..
Our house will have a pyramid roof, so a gable roof garage does not fit with it.
I would be very grateful for an answer
