Hello dear forum members,
the planning of a single-family house is gaining momentum..
We own a plot of land (NO. 1000) which is not yet connected to the supply networks.
The initial inquiries with the municipality, electricity network operator, water supplier, and telephone provider have already been completed.
The statement from the water & wastewater department is now making me think.
Development costs are 100% our responsibility.
So far so good.. But if I pay the costs for the construction measures,
do I also have to pay the development fees for water and wastewater through the contribution rates??
In my opinion, it would be fair if the development is handled by the municipality and I then pay the fees through the contribution rates OR
that I pay for the construction measures and NO contribution rates for water and wastewater.
Does anyone have experience with this??
