Development costs are rising and rising

We have re-tendered the work and are awaiting new cost estimates. We might be able to reduce the price a bit after all.

New update:

The development costs continue to rise because the municipality believes that a drainage – in this case a swale – must be installed at the top of the plots to protect the houses from heavy rainfall.

Since this involves an expansion of the property and now farmland from the local farmer has to be purchased, the development is again delayed by more than 1 month. :-(

I’m really starting to feel like crying. The development plan should have already been signed on 12/31/2016. At the moment we still don’t have one.
