Good day,
We would like to build but do not have a plot of land. We might have potential building land in prospect from acquaintances, but it is not developed. They have now given us the tip that we could connect our utilities through the neighbor who is located right next to the potentially interesting plot. Now my question: usually developing a plot is very expensive, but what if the connections are already next to the neighbor's property, would that be cheaper and what would the approximate costs be?
Then another question: are plots that are not developed cheaper than developed ones? The plot that might be interesting is about 900m2; what do you think the costs for development would be for us?
Best regards
