Building application examiners only check without advising – that would not be part of their tasks either. Therefore, an approval stamp says nothing about the quality of the planning. A labyrinth may be built if it complies with the regulations. Then the builder wonders when standing in the finished rooms: how this could have happened, that it should have gone through the hands of professionals.
Hence our hints that you are still far from the goal here. Much still has to be refined, if not even rasped down.
