A new garage solution is planned on a property whose driveway drops about 3 m over 12 m.

I have looked around online. There are prefabricated garages that can withstand earth load.
So in my opinion, one option would be to build two such garages as a cellar/storage room underneath, with a large garage above.

Is there a standard size of 7x7 m external dimensions? Delivery in area 824...

Of course, earthworks and a foundation are needed. But what interests me at the moment is: Are there such prefabricated garages? What do they cost including a pitched roof on top – just as a basic product estimate.

Electrical installation should be included. Access and building permission are not a problem.

Talk to good manufacturers, rekers, hansabeton, for example, if that works. Don't rely on a bunch of amateurs. Karsten

A garage, which is already 3 m below the street, is also to be basemented (again with garages; as a double garage with two single garages underneath)?

"Finished" garages can also be assembled from elements on site; those that have to fit on the truck in one piece are two-part at 7 x 7 m, although possible with an open middle section.

Pitched roofs will have to be added on site.

11ant - please read again, it is not stated like this in the description of the location.

Thanks for the tip on specialist companies, I wouldn't have thought of that at all

Where are the useful contributions according to my question?

What is not stated there? - it says:

so, at the end of the 12 m long driveway, the garage is 3 m lower than the beginning of the driveway;

under the garage there shall be two single prefabricated garages

for the actual garage (which stands on the two single prefabricated garages) I read the keyword "standard size" as an indication that this one shall also be a prefabricated garage.

So altogether: a garage measuring 7 x 7 m at the end of a sloping driveway, 3 m below street level, and basemented with two garages of e.g. 3.5 x 7 m each, all as prefabricated garages.

Which part do you think should have been understood differently, and how?

The sloping driveway is supposed to be used, as intended, to create a ground-level large garage, with two single garages underneath used as storage rooms instead of a basement, taking advantage of the slope. Clear now?
