Hello everyone,
after intensive consultation at the building materials dealer, we bought the HARO design floor and after not even a year came the rude awakening. The entire floor is covered with streaks that we can no longer remove. Not even with the expensive cleaning agent recommended by Haro (bottle 35 €). We have two small children and needed a durable, scratch-resistant floor. Recommended as a resistant, insensitive floor, we had imagined something different. We have a large living room with a lot of light coming in, so the streaks on the floor are very noticeable. For a product in this price range, you can clearly expect more. An expert from HARO came and looked at the floor. He said these are normal signs of wear! Sorry, not after half a year of use. My children could not have caused these streaks, definitely not! They mainly play in the children's room. It is curious that we cannot explain how these streaks came about. We have felt pads under all chairs and furniture, we paid attention to that. We even tried the vacuum cleaner brush again... nothing helped!
Unfortunately, I had to find out afterwards that I am not the only one who has these streaks on the Haro floor. There are many buyers who have written about the same defects. For example on the site of our Austrian neighbors "energiesparhaus.at"
My recommendation to everyone who wants to get a Haro design floor: stay away, you will not be happy with it!
Attached are a few photos.
