Hello everyone,

as described in the title, I have a few imperfections or dents and waves in the concrete floor slab of my new build. As a layperson, I wonder whether this is still within acceptable limits and will be leveled out later anyway by screed, etc., or if I should complain about these spots. The second and third photos are from the same spot but from different angles.

Here, the opinion of experienced eyes would really help me! What do you think?

Many thanks in advance for your feedback!

That looks scary. Warning lay opinion: DIN 18202 should regulate that. 15mm deviation at 2.5m. Max. 30mm at 15m Better to check the table yourself. The pictures look like significantly stronger unevenness. Is the necessary concrete cover still given there at all?

Not only are the waves bad, is that sand? Did it rain during the concreting? And wash out the cement?

That is sand or earth / dirt, yes. When the slab was poured, it was sunny. It only rained a few days later. I would have classified that as normal construction site dirt.

That looks like wrinkles in a tarp. Are you sure you are directly on the base plate? Or was it covered and in doing so caused wrinkles in the concrete?

Has it probably already been paid? The windows are already in… Have you swept? I mean, do they look "clean" in the photos?
