Dents in the base plate - What is acceptable?

That looks like wrinkles in a tarp. Are you sure you are directly on the base slab? Or was it covered and did it create wrinkles in the concrete?

I also don't see a big problem there. Whether patching brings an improvement here, I doubt. You would have to take a centimeter measurement to determine the height differences in relation to the total thickness. But I believe that is negligible.
