Hello,
my husband and I are planning an ICON 3+ and are still unsure about the layout on the ground floor. Those who have it know what I mean, there is the Select layout. In this one, the kitchen wall is slightly shifted and the living and dining area is thus smaller, but you get another room, which we wanted to use as storage since we are not planning a basement.
However, we are now afraid that the living/dining/kitchen area might feel too cramped or squeezed. Is there anyone out there who has such a layout and can tell us how it looks and why you decided on it?
Regards, Lilly
