Hello everyone,

the demolition of the property we bought is coming up soon.
Three years ago, the owner had the windows and heating systems in the house renewed, as it was planned to renovate the house. However, it has not been inhabited in recent years and now it has been sold... to us :-)

The following is available:

18 windows (12 of them about 3 years old, the rest older)
10 radiators (all about 3 years old)
1 plastic door (about 3 years old)
1 Siemens Sipro meter cabinet (fully equipped)

All items are still installed.
I would prefer if everything could be listed somewhere with the goal that buyers remove the parts themselves. Unfortunately, I don't have the time to dismantle everything.

Do you have any tips for me on how to best handle this? Ebay? Classified ads? List everything individually or together? Or are there completely different options?

Best regards
Tito

Try it on eBay... And see if there is any response. Starting at €1... The inquiries will come by themselves if someone is interested in individual parts.

That will probably not bring you anything. Windows are always custom-made - unless someone takes your offer as an occasion to carry out their workshop planning according to your window measurements. The radiators can possibly be used if someone equips their construction project using the "rule of thumb" method with radiators. Otherwise, they are dimensioned according to a heat load calculation - the same applies here as with the windows.

Hello,

we also sold a few parts from the "old" house, which had to make way for our new building, in advance.

We offered the parts on the platform Quoka / bulky waste.

Specifically, for us these were:

- Front door
- Side entrance door
- various windows

As a "collateral damage" we could have also sold the old night storage heaters  - however, we refrained from this because the potential buyer seemed somewhat dubious to us and we would not have had a disposal certificate (asbestos issue).

We could have even sold some of the windows multiple times - so I don't really share the view of .

Give it a try and be happy if you get a few euros for it.

Best regards,

Dirk

Ebay Classifieds and, believe it or not, through Face-Book, something like this can be sold incredibly well. Simply search for one or more flea market group(s) in the region and create a listing there...
