Thank you for the information. EUR 270,000 seems very much for a house of this size. Are you planning, besides electric shutters, barrier-free shower(s), controlled residential ventilation with heat recovery and of course floor and painting work, any other nice to haves? Perhaps a dormer, additional floor? Building expert on the go

Knee wall heightening is taken into account, as well as a second shower in the guest WC and skylights. We have had very different offers, but upon closer inspection all turned out to be similarly priced. If anyone has built a similar house cheaper, please let me know immediately ;).
