Decentralized ventilation with or without moisture sensor

I have received the information from the ventilation installer of our general contractor that if we install a ventilation system with humidity control, only a model with a maximum capacity of 60m3/h can be installed, whereas if we forgo humidity control, we could operate at 100m3/h. These numbers don't mean anything to me. Is that a lot? Little? With decentralized ventilation, you never operate at maximum capacity anyway, or is this maximum capacity important to me? I actually see a ventilation system with a humidity sensor as advantageous and would therefore accept the lower capacity. What do you think?

Is actually only relevant in bathrooms... in the living room etc. it does not really get humid with ventilation, whether with or without a moisture sensor...

Agree, the humidity sensor only makes sense in the bathroom. In all other rooms, you don't just want to remove the humidity but also the used air.
