wasn’t easy but it is this one

it’s not as long as I thought, but there is a Google tip inside where a company measured temperatures of terrace coverings.

Hi,

I would choose something that you like best visually (low-maintenance and sustainable). My favorite would be something dark that absorbs heat. If a few days a year get so hot that you can't walk barefoot on it, which I really hope ;-), but in the cold season with sunshine you can enjoy it.

Regards

No matter what you buy or what a seller of heat-absorbing plates tells you, everything is so hot in the blazing summer sun that you cannot walk barefoot on it. Whether the higher costs are worth it is something you have to decide for yourself. On vacation, you cannot walk barefoot on the hot sand at a bright beach either. Only in the storage of heat are there differences.

We have light ones, the neighbors have dark gray slabs. And I can already say that the dark ones definitely get hotter than the light ones.

I happened to find this post again. After one year and 2 very warm summers, I am glad to have chosen the light gray ones. As a comparison, we have anthracite paving stones as the path to the terrace, where it was not possible to stand today because they got so hot.
