Year of construction 2013, I believe the controllers should still be fine. That is exactly the pump, then I will also turn it down a bit, thanks.How old is the heater? If very old: Controllers like the one marked get clogged over time and such a pin inside then gets stuck. Then it no longer regulates. Under the marked controller is a device from Wilo. Looks like a pump. As a first attempt, I would slightly turn the controller counterclockwise, hoping to reduce the flow for the underfloor heating.

What happens if you just set the controller to 20 degrees? I suspect it will simply be an on/off controller.
