Create installation plan on PC

For floor plans and warehouse planning, I have always used Visio from Microsoft. The features are quite extensive and you can really achieve a lot with it. The operation is easy and understandable. However, I cannot say exactly how it works with 3D graphics, like in your example.

So the view I posted was just an idea, I actually just want to draw every wall and mark sockets, switches, windows, etc. in it. It would also be good if I can insert the measurements showing where the cables run. Because in 50 years I won’t know where which cable is located. Maybe someone can help me now.

Simply take a photo from each room/cable from different perspectives. Ideally with a measuring stick in the picture. It doesn't get easier than that, and it later says more than 1000 plans. Our electrician did this for us. And then later also for safety, a cable locator. Then nothing happens.
