I would consider parking the car directly on the street and doing the rest on foot.

By car, that's not going to work. Down the stairs or entrance

Hello,

I consider it questionable to place such a ramp with little distance in front of the house and to completely build over half of the lower window.
If the door absolutely must be at the top, another alternative would be to set a platform made of steel profiles in front of the front door. From there, it goes down 17-18 steps along the facade (yes, the stringer also runs in front of the window but covers significantly less area) and ends at the bottom on a flat parking space without slope.

Is it possibly feasible to have access from the other side of the property, that is, coming "from the right" directly 1.80m higher on the slope? Directly towards the house?

The house has long been standing and is old! It is only about a possibility to drive the car to the front door and nothing more. The basement window already has a shaft.

the drawing is not a construction drawing ! ! it is only intended to roughly show what it looks like and whether it is even possible.

The drawing shows nothing to outsiders - certainly not enough to assess possibilities. Simple photos with a mobile phone camera, 3D replacing from several angles, and the bulb could be peeled.
