What are you trying to say with that now? Do you have doubts about the statement, the fact, hearsay, the tenant, the realtor, or do you want to tell us something and have no doubts at all?!
Or is it a question of whether that can be the case?
Then it also depends on the person.
The two of us pay less… for 2001 that might be accurate…

Neither, really. I was wondering if that is realistic. But it will probably be fine. The four of us will make up for it in hot water. Heating, rather less. So what you say is true that it depends on the person. For electricity, the four of us have the consumption of a single-person household. I just always thought that I wanted something well insulated, preferably new. However, a colleague who lives in a KfW40 house said that in summer he can hardly get rid of the heat because it is so well insulated.

You just don’t let it in in the first place. Shading is the "magic word."

In a terraced middle house, two sides of the house are automatically insulated. If you think that in new (2001?) houses you don’t have to pay anything for heating, then you are mistaken. If you have further questions, please summarize them in ONE thread under "Hauskauf RH ohne Sachverstand" or something similar, so that there is an overview of the entire property. :)

For the next question, that would be a possibility ;)
