"Proper" is relative, wet is not right "here". Situationally clearly more than just adequate. Especially when connecting to the drywall of the stud wall, you’re doing yourself a favor. And for tiling anyway, you only get that level of smoothness with wet plaster after a hundred years of experience ;-)

I would have had the wet plaster done, I trust myself with the drywall, we have already done a bit of it in the house. I also considered making the walls with drywall and possibly having the ceiling plastered wet after all. But I will think about that again.

Yes, but even the professional plasterer doesn't do it in such a way that a watchmaker would say it is as flat as dry plaster.

That's how I think I did it (it was already finished when I moved in): ceiling wet plaster, under the head-high tiled walls (also on pumice) dry plaster, above that also wet plaster.

One more question on the topic. I need to build a drywall pre-wall in the shower area, about 2.50m long, in which various pipes run. I have already installed a pre-wall in the living room, which was mounted on a wooden framework. Can this also be done in the shower area? Basically, everything will be sealed by the tiler anyway. Or do you advise against using wood here? (At least for me personally) it is easier and simpler to work with than these metal stud profiles.

Better use the metal profiles. Metal shears for that and it works smoothly. I find it more suitable for such constructions (especially in the bathroom area, where you never know what moisture will do).

Ok, probably makes sense ;) I will then find out how to process these profiles. Thanks.
