Hello,
We have tiles in the kitchen (gray in the picture), which meet the vinyl in the open living room (light brown in the picture).
Now there is an open counter in the kitchen, whose sides (dark brown in the picture) extend from the tile area into the vinyl area.

The height difference here is about 2-3mm at most, and because of these two wooden panels, it makes little sense for us to level the entire living room by 2-3mm.
Do you have any idea how to bridge these spots (about 20cm long)? Rails? Applying silicone/acrylic/something else?
