Costs of garden landscaping and outdoor facilities at a single-family house on a slope

I had the outdoor area of my rental property completely done over the past few weeks. Since it is already rented out, there is no longer unlimited time and I am now also exhausted from the construction. I paid just under €30,000 in total for 100m² of paving, 8m of drainage channel, turf strips all around the house, about 100m of curbstones, 40m² terrace with concrete slabs, leveling of the 250m² lawn area, and adding 5cm of compost for the lawn. Paving, curbstones, terrace slabs all made of concrete, so nothing special. From that perspective, what the original poster plans will definitely be very, very expensive. Oh yes, my property is completely flat...

Paving, curbstones, terrace slabs all made of concrete, so nothing special. In that respect, what the OP intends will definitely be very, very expensive. Oh, and my plot is completely level...

390 sqm for 30k = €77 per sqm. Fits within my €50-100/sqm for outdoor facilities.
