Costs for work planning are reasonable

On the subject:
1. We have a general contractor who sent us today the cost breakdown see pictures below for the first change within the framework of the work planning.

2. Is there anyone among you who can estimate whether this is overpriced or reasonable?

3. For example, in points 1 and 2, ultimately only the bathroom wall was moved into the room without any other changes.

4. Point 5: Are additional costs of €1375 for the change of the flat roof window from Velux convex CVP 060060 to [I]Velux convex CFP 060060 justified?

5. Is closing the stairwell with a simple wall on all floors points 8, 10, 12 and 16 for a total of €4632.25 reasonable?
