Hello everyone,

I quite often receive construction descriptions in which floors, walls, and ceilings are left out. The future homeowner then has to do that themselves. I would like to be able to roughly estimate what to expect in terms of materials and labor. Can anyone provide me with some experiential values? What costs should one roughly plan per m² of house?

Thank you and best regards

Wages? So, outsource the entire work or do you want to do part of it yourself?

Tender values of a typical kind here in the far north Flooring vinyl glued 35 per sqm, likewise tiles, plus covering costs. Drywall filling q2. For 6,-. Wall paint rolled twice, previously primer similar. With paint or filler. All gross. Karsten

I want to outsource it completely. I'm not much of a handyman. I simply don't have the time for it.

Then have your general contractor give you an offer for it right away. Most people here don't have any money left for painters and the like after building the house and slave away in their home. That's why so many painting companies go bankrupt*

I have now requested an offer. I'm curious to see what comes of it. I am still interested in Erfahrungswerten.
