Hello,
we have now received a second offer of about 23K (excluding smarthome/intercom & lamps & motion detectors). The following questions:

- Hager meter cabinet approx. 5800€ incl. heat pump/multimedia panel etc. Labor costs are already included. Are the costs too high or still reasonable?

- Floor socket (under work table): Is there an alternative? I find 900€ too much...

And the socket with USB connection: 186€ per socket (Jung program). Are the costs reasonable or are there cheaper alternatives (also good quality)?

Thank you very much!!

Well, what can I say? I find the prices quite high. The UDHOME9 costs about 500 EUR empty, but 400 EUR for three times Schuko and (once?) network seems quite a lot to me. Cheap USB sockets cost from about 10 EUR, but the question is whether your electrician even wants to offer you any alternative.

I'll try to talk to him about it. So far, he makes a reasonable impression. I find the other items, like installation of single socket at 31 EUR and installation of one burner with 21 EUR, okay. At least I have seen much more "bold" offers for the same work before.

The €10 USB sockets are also available, but I had to find out that they don’t fit 100% into my Busch-Jäger switch program. The originals cost €40.

Such items can be easily googled to find out the hardware cost and retrofitted yourself after moving in. Even with original hardware, you save over €100 per socket. At this point, it’s definitely: do it yourself.

The floor unit may be available online for half the price, but retrofitting it yourself here is no longer feasible.

Well, either look for other providers and get quotes or take the cheapest offer.

Underground tanks are certainly available cheaper as well. But 5-6 K for a distributor completely finished with multimedia panel etc. is completely okay.
