Cost sharing private road/building encumbrance

Hello, I would like to hear your expert opinion. We, that is three plots each with a single-family house, are connected to the public road by a private path. We now want to have this path either tarred or paved depending on the cost situation. However, we are not exactly sure how the costs should be divided.

You cannot give general advice here, you need to know how the [WEg] leads to the three properties, etc.

From the public road, the path leads over plot one and two to plot three. That means 1 has a construction burden right of way for 2 and 3. And 2 has a construction burden right of way for 3.
