cost of walkable flat roof

Hello,

I am currently weighing various cost factors, and I would be interested in a rough estimate for a flat roof, walkable, approximately 80m^2 usable as a roof terrace.
The top floor ceiling would be a PU panel about 10 cm thick.

Price level would be a few percent above Bavaria.

In addition to the costs of the normal flat roof (concrete slab, insulation, etc.), we charge approximately €150/m² extra for the roof terrace. For 30m², that is about €4500.

Why another 4500 euros extra?

That little reinforcement for the statics doesn't cost that much! The sealing is the same.

Pedestal supports, floor coverings, laying these, drain in front of the door, etc.
