Cost estimation for rough staking out and detailed staking out

Rough and fine staking out is freely negotiable. I believe only the final surveying is legally regulated. You could also contact other surveyors and request quotes.

I received invoices from 2 friends for rough and fine staking out from the same surveying office. These are from 2019 and 2020. Of course, different hourly rates are now indicated. What is noticeable, however, is that the hours required per job, although exactly the same jobs are specified, differ drastically. 0.5h versus 1.5h, 1h became 3.5h, etc. This of course increases the amount significantly. I asked for clarification because the houses of the other two are in my opinion even more "complex".
