For us, it was 400,- for the staking out. Since it was not an official number (here in Lower Saxony), it was freely negotiable.

However, there was an additional boundary determination because we are building very close to the border – and that was an official task according to the fee schedule. That added another 2000,- euros for the surveyor and land registry office...

Interesting, thank you very much for your feedback. Then it seems to fit for me after all. I naïvely assumed under €1,000.

If it’s only about staking out, it can be <€1,000. If no "sovereign" matters are involved with you, I consider that quite expensive.

With us on 01.02.2022 (Sachsen) as follows:

- Rough staking 400€
- Fine staking 450€ (optionally plus Schnurgerüst 250€)

Remember that the Schnurgerüst will be added to your invoice if you do not do it yourself. It is declared as bausetis.

Hmm, that does make me thoughtful. I am trying to find out the whole time what a rough and detailed staking-out according to HOAI in Hessen is allowed to cost or exactly what the costs are based on. Can someone clarify here?
