Cost estimation for major renovation

are floors, new kitchen and new furniture included in the 3000 euros per sqm?
or are the 3000 euros per sqm only for energy renovation?

Sorry, just saw this now. I can roughly list what is included:

- Demolition and shell construction work
- Scaffolding work
- Windows + sun protection
- Doors
- Electrical work + photovoltaic system
- Heating and sanitary work
- Drywall construction
- Screed and floor covering work
- Tiling work
- Carpentry work
- Joinery work
- Roofing work
- Painting and varnishing work
- Additional construction costs (architect, structural engineer, energy consultant, surveyor)

So no furniture, no kitchen (that won't be cheap either...). Furthermore, a lot of personal effort will still be necessary on the 2nd floor, which is only considered in the cost estimate for the basic work. By now, we are more around 3300 rather than 3000 euros.
