Cost estimation based on volume

after having read many posts from you, I have a question for you today.

It is about the cost estimate from our architect.
A single-family house is being built in Ulm (BW) (2 full floors, approx. 180 m² WF, mandatory KfW 70 or better), with a basement and a double garage.
The architect has set 450 €/m³. But with these 450 €/m³, we end up with astronomical prices for a single-family house.

Maybe I just have the wrong ideas about what a single-family house should cost.
It would be nice if someone has comparative values for a volume calculation that were, ideally, also built for this price.

What is included in the 450 euros (external facilities, incidental construction costs, architect fees, etc.)? It fits quite well with us (we are slightly below), including all costs (excluding land and acquisition incidental costs) - but without basement and garage.

Sorry! I forgot to include the cost groups. They are cost groups 300 and 400.

Single-family house, KFW 70 with SD: EUR 346,000
Basement, as usable basement: EUR 51,000
Additional building costs: EUR 35,000-40,000
Painting work in EL: EUR 10,000
Floor coverings in EL: EUR 10,000
Outdoor facilities in EL: EUR 10,000 (only the essentials)
6 x 6 prefabricated garage: EUR 12,000
Reserve for extras: EUR 10,000

Totals all in EUR 489,000

We also build in BW. Without a basement, 2 1/2 floors (200sqm), double garage and our architect quoted 390€. Excluding additional costs and land. So far, we have been doing quite well with the estimates, sometimes below, sometimes above. Earthworks, foundation slab, shell construction, roof and heating are roughly as estimated.
