You are right, but... Where should one start? We just like it here. We have also considered Wentorf and Oststeinbek, but somehow it just didn't fit. Barsbüttel would be too far from work for me with HVV, and besides, Barsbüttel is definitely not cheaper. Friends of ours have been looking there for two years already, have meanwhile increased their budget from 300 to 400, and still can't find anything that suits them. And for that amount of money you don't buy anything that you don't 100% like. Well, if everything weren't so complicated, it would be too easy!

Hmm... maybe be a bit more flexible? No, it's okay if you appreciate what you have. But I wouldn't get too stuck on it. 160,000 TEUR for a 600sqm plot in Bergedorf is not a bargain anymore because it's just pseudo-Hamburg (I thought Hamburg was more direct). Because for the real use of the plot, you have to deduct 150sqm for the access strip. Personally, I wouldn't like the access strip. What about Börnsen? It's booming there right now, with lots of building and development - cheaper, of course, and only 5 km from Bergedorf...

Well, why make it simple when it can be complicated?

The 600 sqm are already calculated without a narrow strip of land, it is not a bargain now, but can still be considered cheap, among other things because it is from a private seller.

The thing with Börnsen is an interesting option! Thanks for that! We need to look into that.

As a Wentorf resident, I unfortunately have to say that the offer is quite limited. And the price per square meter is around 300 euros...
